2010 Spring Basketball Officials Camp Survey
Lenton, John Hendricks and his staff of clinicians - as well as the entire MoKanRef staff - would like to thank you for your hard work, your eagerness to learn, and the willingness of our more experienced officials to help "flatten" the learning curve for the new officials during our camp May 14 -16. We've already received a number of positive comments from a number of people not associated with MoKanRef or Metro Sports. We are most interested, though, in hearing your thoughts about the camp. This statement doesn't just apply to your game. At MoKanRef this also applies to our commitment to improve the quality of our product. Our biggest selling point is the training that we provide new (and not so new) officials. That is why we are asking you to complete this post-camp survey. Your responses will assist us in providing you and others the type of learning experience that best suits you.
As a reminder, the staff outlined and shared with you a number of objectives for this year's camp.
The camp was designed to instruct officials on the finer points of basketball officiating. We planned to accomplish our objectives with the use of classroom lectures, court demonstrations, court presentation, and evaluations of the official’s performance through games. This camp was ultimately designed to elevate officials to their next level. It was our goal to offer the knowledge in all areas to enhance your officiating careers.
